Return, Refund & Exchange Policy At klaakirti.com, we value our customers and strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes an order may not go as expected. To ensure your satisfaction, we have designed a transparent and customer-friendly Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

 1. Please Read Before Ordering We encourage all customers to carefully read the product details, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order. For additional clarity, you may request product images or videos from our team before confirming your purchase. 

 2. Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, you are entitled to one of the following:

 ● Replacement with the correct product, or

 ● Exchange for another product of equal value, OR

 ● Full refund of the amount paid. Important: 

● You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@klaakirti.com or calling +91-7982256566, along with pictures of the damaged/incorrect product.

 ● Returned items will undergo a quality check. If found unused and in original packaging, we will process the exchange or refund within 2–3 business days. 

● In case of missing parts, we will ship the missing items after verification. 

 3. When Returns/Refunds Are NOT Accepted We take great care to ensure product quality. However, since many of our items are art and handcrafted products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural. Please note that returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted in the following situations: 

● Didn’t like the quality/finish or product doesn’t match home décor

 ● Size not as per personal requirement

 ● Changed mind after placing the order 

● Did not fully understand the dimensions, design, or look from the product listing 

● No longer need/want the product 

 4. Order Cancellation

 ● Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement at no extra cost by contacting us at info@klaakirti.com or +91-7982256566. 

● Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

 ● If an advance is paid for partial COD orders, the amount is non-refundable if the delivery is refused or canceled.

 ● For prepaid orders, if the customer refuses to accept delivery, reshipping charges will apply.

 ● For prepaid cancellations after dispatch: ○ Custom orders → Non-refundable. ○ Standard orders → A cancellation fee of ₹1500 + packaging & courier charges will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

 5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items) The following categories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

 ● Hand-painted artworks 

● Custom-made products Cancellations for hand-painted or customized items must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this period, cancellations will not be accepted. 

 6. Custom Product Orders

 ● Custom products are specially created as per your request.

 ● COD (Cash on Delivery) is not applicable on custom orders. 

● Such products are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or incorrect product delivery. 

 7. Bulk Orders

 ● Orders above ₹20,000 are considered bulk orders.

 ● Bulk orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

 ● Only defective or damaged items will be replaced.

 ● Bulk orders may require additional processing and shipping time, which will be confirmed during order confirmation.
